No sweat–return shipping is always free! Just make sure whatever you’re returning is unworn, unwashed, still has the tags attached, and you’re within the 21-day return window.  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  We will make it right!

Any items shipped back via the return portal that are not in line with the above parameters will not be accepted/refunded and you will be notified as such.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

Refunds Returns that are shipped back via our return portal and within the above parameters will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
